PROTOCOL FOR AUDITING THE NATIONAL PROGRAM REDE ALYNE: AN INTERVENTION INSTRUMENT TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF MATERNAL AND CHILD CARE IN THE SUS.
Audit, Unified Health System, Rede Cegonha, Rede Alyne, Sustainable Development Goals and Reduction of Maternal and Child Mortality.
This research aims to audit the Unified Health System (SUS), focusing on the Alyne Network (formerly the Cegonha Network) and its relationship with the reduction of maternal and infant mortality. The Alyne Network aims to guarantee access to reproductive planning, humanized care during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period, and monitoring of children up to 24 months of age. Aligned with SDG 3 of the UN 2030 Agenda, the strategy seeks to contribute to the reduction of preventable deaths of women and children, through improving the quality of care. The study proposes the creation of an Audit Protocol based on action research developed with collaborators with experience in the area, based on scientific and normative evidence related to maternal and child health, with the objective of contributing to the qualification of audits within the scope of the Alyne Network, aiming to transform them into strategic tools for inducing public health policies. The proposal reinforces the importance of audits in strengthening the SUS, with a focus on measurable social impacts aligned with global health and well-being goals.
