Development of an on-line Educational Module for Professionals who work in the Internal Regulation Centers (NIR) of Brazilian Health Care Establishments (EAS)

In Brazil as well as in other countries, bureaucratic terms in health arise almost permanently, these bureaucratic terms emerged at the end of the last decade as Internal Regulation Center and Regulation Center quickly passed through government agencies, regulating their practicalities. However, after approximately four decades, there are still few educational resources in this
regard, whether in government or private spheres. Thus, given the current national scenario, the present work is intended to invest in an educational tool, producing a module, associated with the elements inherent to public health in order to contribute to the training and training of health professionals in the Internal Centers. of Regulation. The research is a qualitative approach,
developed through action research whose main characteristic is the intervention. It is developed in a cooperative regime between researcher and participants, when evaluating the problem or collective phenomenon investigated. During the years 2019 to 2021, visits were made to the Internal Regulation Centers of hospital units that are under the management of the state of Rio Grande do Norte. In all, 12 hospitals were visited and, through meetings held with the teams of the hospital units, deficiencies and difficulties
were detected. From the survey of these difficulties, an educational module will be produced to be made available on the Virtual Learning Environment platform of the Unified Health System, composed of two units, each unit containing three classes, with a total workload of 15 hours. The module will obey the flow of publications of new courses and the standard template developed by the Education and Communication team of the Laboratory of Technological Innovation in Health at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. The final product is a tool used to organize educational content in a linear and unidirectional way for the target audience. It is conclusively observed that in view of what happened some time ago in the dynamics about the practicality of
what is expected in the performance of the interface between the Internal Regulation Nucleus and the Regulation Center is still scarce and new implementations must be put into practice.
