In recent years there has been a significant increase in the number of syphilis cases in Brazil, seeking to reverse this epidemiological scenario, the Ministry of Health in partnership with the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte developed the project "Sífilis Não". The project aims to promote institutional strengthening actions to reduce acquired syphilis in pregnant women and congenital syphilis in Brazil. Among the various goals of the project, we can find the restructuring of sentinel laboratories throughout Brazil. The present work aims to develop management solutions to monitor the processes of acquisition, distribution and delivery of equipment and materials necessary to assist in the restructuring of sentinel laboratories, in order to strengthen the network to combat syphilis and other STIs. For such action, it was necessary to carry out an intervention of the responsible logistics team in order to organize and systematize the entire process. The study started with a bibliographic review on the subject and the understanding of the "Sífilis Não" project, given its complexity. Meetings and workshops were held in order to define all the stages of the process, according to the needs of the "Sífilis Não" Project. As a result, there was a need to use a management tool, The Manager, so that the entire process could become as transparent and dynamic as possible, facilitating the monitoring of activities and control. In addition, it was possible to develop the entire mapping of the value stream that the process should go through, so that the actions could be more efficient. In order to better systematize the processes, two standard operating procedures were created, providing lucid, organized and standardized work.
