SUMMARY:

Public and private institutions have been seeking the best way to minimize environmental problems. This study aims to diagnose how the Environmental Policy of the Biochemistry and Food Analysis laboratory of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Trairi - FACISA happens, based on the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the Endomarketing technique, during the period of the second half of 2020 and the first and second half of 2021. And as specific objectives: to analyze how the Environmental Policy of the laboratory is disseminated in the internal environment of the unit of Facisa; to identify the biosafety measures that the laboratory adopted at the time of partial return of practical activities in the first semester of 2021, to prevent damage to servers and the environment; to analyze the role of endomarketing in the dissemination of the Environmental Policy of the laboratory in the internal environment of the unit of Facisa; to suggest measures to improve the Environmental Policy of the laboratory. As a final product, it is intended to prepare a booklet with measures to improve the Environmental Policy, based on the Environmental Management System - SMS, also aiming to meet the standards of biosafety in combating COVID-19. The present research is a case study, of a descriptive and qualitative nature, and will use the inductive method. The research will be carried out with 4 (four) teachers and 73 (seventy-three) students of the Nutrition course who used the laboratory in the first and second semester of 2021, period in which the practical activities of Facisa took place. The collection instrument chosen was the questionnaire, structured by questions that are mostly closed and will be applied online, being sent to the e-mail address of the respondents. For evaluation and validation, a pre-test will be applied to identify possible flaws and avoid doubts to the respondents when answering the collection instrument.
