The Support Foundations are institutions of a private nature, as of the enactment of Law No. 8,958, of December 20, 1994, it established relations with federal institutions of higher education as a way of supporting projects that assist in the realization of its core activity ( teaching-research and extension). The Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte - (UFRN) has as its partner foundation FUNPEC - Fundação Norte-Rio-Grandense of Teaching and Research and Culture, which supports the administrative / financial management of 154 current academic projects, in the year of 2020, with a volume of traded funds of approximately 569 million reais. Within this context, a university is responsible for the control and inspection of activities related to academic projects and still has legal bases related to the relationship and has an important management information system, one of its GIS systems - or SIPAC, an institution that does not present a specific module at its base that can control the process of these accountability in an appropriate and integrated way. Thus, this research seeks to elaborate guidelines for an accountability module for academic projects, with the aim of increasing the quality of information in this area and proposing a tool that can be used to support decision making by managers of the institution, in light of concepts related to the Lean-office - “Lean Office”. A research will be descriptive and proportional to the case study methodology, within the Convention Administration Coordination - CAC / PROAD, the sector responsible for process management and an action research, with a qualitative approach. Since then, use a documentary research tool and create a focus group, to highlight the flows, understand the main existing barriers, identify the relevant information and, finally, proportional to the rules applied to the module.
