COMPLIANCE AND GENETIC HISTOCOMPATIBILITY IN THE CONTEXT OF ORGAN TRANSPLANTATION FOR THE HLA LABORATORY OF RIO GRANDE DO NORTE.
healthcare compliance; histocompatibility; laboratory; transplants; integrity.
This study aims to identify the importance of genetic compatibility in organ
transplants, highlighting the need for a compliance program to improve the
management of the HLA (human leukocyte antigen) Immunogenetics Laboratory in
the State of Rio Grande do Norte. And its justification is to explain the relevance of the
histocompatibility laboratory for public health, especially when carrying out tests that
guarantee compatibility between organ donors and recipients. The general objective is
to implement a compliance program to improve the management of laboratory
processes. Specific objectives include diagnosing internal processes, studying the
adequacy of compliance and mapping procedures. The research methodology is
qualitative and quantitative, exploratory and descriptive, and seeks to identify flaws in
internal processes to propose improvements by suggesting the implementation of a
product, the compliance program. The theoretical foundation is based on technical
standards, laws, resolutions regarding compliance, in addition to Habermas' theories,
which relate good practices to communicative action and the legitimacy of processes.
The techno-technological product will have the creation of a Compliance program
aimed at improving the HLA Laboratory, which will serve as an intervention instrument
with the proposition of validation by the Public Health Secretariat of the State of RN
and the Transplant System in RN, with the possibility of this model being replicated in
other laboratories that are part of the National Transplant System.
