SUMMARY:

Respecting the principle of democratic management expressed in federal legislation, the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte fragmented its management into collegial groups with different competencies, regulations and procedural flows which do not follow a standard format for evaluating the guidelines that regulate the processes examined by their counselors. In this context, this question arose: how to improve the structure of reports contributing to decision-making security through a web system using AI? Therefore, this project aims to structure a web system model that optimizes process analysis, standardizes reports and facilitates the preparation of opinions by Center counselors. To this end, documents will be surveyed, selected and analyzed so that each regulation is systematically described in flows and checklists in order to improve the understanding of its messages and guide the virtual navigation system. In this sense, the methodology will be based on a qualitative approach of an applied nature with the character of exploratory research of the documentary research type. As a result of this work, it is expected to assist administrative management activities with the improvement of an institutional process by promoting innovation and quality in the services provided by the institution, seeking to ensure compliance with
procedures, efficiency in public administration and, consequently, a good institutional image in the perception of the community.
