TELEWORKING IN THE UFRN: DIAGNOSIS ABOUT THE
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The research aims to draw a diagnosis about the possibilities of Telework at the Federal University
of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN within the scope of its performance management program - PGD which was regulated through Resolution CONSAD 011/2022, on June 30 2022, enabling a paradigm shift for the institution's administrative technicians. The kick-off of the program took place in January 2023 after the release of the electronic system that controls PGD deliveries, Polare. The work will also verify which universities in the northeast have implemented the PGD, discussthe relationship between Telework and sustainability, observing concepts such as the Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs of the UN 2030 Agenda, the concepts of Environment, Social and
Government - ESG and exploring the opinion of civil servants and managers about Telework. With the diagnosis, it is expected to obtain the reality of practice within the institution and relevant, quantitative and qualitative information such as perceptions, challenges, benefits, difficulties and perspectives of managers and notions related to quality of life, productivity, communication and relationship of servers
