It is a manual describing the main administrative procedures carried out by the coordination of the graduation course in History, Licentiate and Bachelor of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN, with the objective of bringing information to the entire academic community involved. It contains resolutions, letters, laws, norms, websites, sectors involved, systems, contacts, guidance manuals created by other researchers and a range of materials added and their combination, will provide a unique material with the most important demands exerted by a coordination graduation course. A study based on action-research, exploratory-descriptive, with a strategy focused on documentary and bibliographical research. Having as its central pillar the description of the main processes carried out in the coordination. In this sense, a qualitative approach will be used as it does not intend to use statistical data.
