SUMMARY:

The main goal of this work is to elaborate a Design Project for a gamification system for the business incubator Inova Metrópole, aiming a greater engagement of the systems participants. The study will consist of a descriptive research and an analysis of bibliographic content. For the first item, a survey will be carried out through a questionnaire applied to the participants of the incubation system and for the second one, a study on the existing literature. Finally, an interview will be held with the managers of the Incubator, object of the project, for the requirement survey of the final product. The questionnaire is the sum of three parts - introductory (4 questions) and final (One question) - prepared by the author of the project, based on general social information and evaluated by scales used by entities such as IBGE and Sebrae and an intermediate part formed by a questionnaire which has 28 questions aiming to evaluate the Academic Motivation Scale of university students and adapted by the author to the applied context. All questions have answer options based on the Likert scale, with 10 possible answers that reflect the degree of agreement with each statement. The data obtained in 3 data surveys presented will be used as inputs for proposing a game that aims to involve the systems participants in a playful atmosphere and thus, through all the techniques and tools of gamification, promote greater engagement of the participants in the incubation system.
