RESUMO:

With the objective of getting to know and accompanying students and students, the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) and the Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) and the servers, as well as improving the quality of the service provided, with the creative performance of employees and an institutional innovation. The work is the development of a teaching model that promotes entrepreneurship among students, employees and the external community of two federal public policy institutions, UFRN and IFSP. It is a type of exploratory study, with the quantitative approach, where information is generated through the search for answers are unique and complete on a professional relationship of the respondent with the topic in vogue. For the conclusion of the research, a comparative analysis was made with the entrepreneurial actions of UFRN and the IFSP considering the socio-economic, legal, budgetary and human resources of each institution.
