RESUMO:

Analysis and diagnosis of administrative disciplinary processes and the performance of the other control and correction agencies at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) intends to map the work in university of Disciplinary Commissions, the Ethics Commission, the Mediation Commission in labor relations and the Ombudsman's Office of UFRN. It aims to identify the main problems of conflicts faced by these sectors and to identify their respective actions. It is also sought to map the disciplinary facts seen by the Federal Comptroller General's Office in relation to the illicit acts that occurred in general in the executive branch as a thermometer for UFRN. It will also address the importance of the Term of Conduct Readjustment and its economic and rapid impact on public management in this disciplinary harvest. It will deal with the contours of disciplinary administrative processes and their respective consequences, and it is hoped that this work may serve as a guide for the prognostic implementation of decisions by UFRN managers. The qualitative methodology used is based on the study of questionnaires answered by these sectors and fed by the sap of the management reports of the UFRN opinions of the General Law of the Union, guidelines of the Comptroller General's Office (CGU), Laws, Portarias and Regulations, besides the specialized doctrine and Brazilian jurisprudence. Regarding the quantitative methodology, it is intended to offer a mapping of the disciplinary processes that occurred between the years of 2013 to 2016 and the data of the Ombudsman's Office of UFRN and Federal Comptroller General's Office from 2013 to 2017.
