Institutional communication; Internal communication; Public institution; Attendance.
Communication is present everywhere and with all that makes up the society. Be it verbal, visual or even coded. In this medium is the organizational communication that is divided into marketing communication (aimed at supporting marketing actions), institutional (proposes the construction of the image and the institutional concept) and internal communication (aims to promote the dynamization of the flow of internal information). This paper aims to analyze the role of internal communication in the Directorate of People Management (DAP) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) and its relationship with the public service. We will also talk about how |
internal communication can be a strategic tool to achieve institutional goals. The empirical study was developed in an exploratory way, in the available literature, and descriptive, through a questionnaire applied to DAP servers. With this, based on the bibliographic study and the results of the questionnaire, it will possible to elaborate a diagnosis of the internal communication in the DAP and propose improvements in the communicability of the board of directors. It will still possible to create a booklet containing the processes and sectors responsible for each stage of the process, which facilitates both the work of the servers and the search of the users who need DAP services. The study is useful in the search to recognize, then, how important internal communication is to an organization and that it can be used as a strategic tool to achieve the institution's goals. |
