ESIGN THINKING AS AN INNOVATION APPROACH IN SIGRH
Innovation. Design Thinking. SIGRH.
UFRN is a reference in use of Integrated Systems in university management. In the SIGRH, people management system, there is the Manager site, which brings together activities relevant to the manager. In order to make it an efficient management sit, we assume that it will need to be refurbished in order to achieve maximum efficiency, since high turnover in management positions makes it difficult to use, since it needs to be repeatedly renovated. A system that has the answers to the demands and is more friendly to the manager, will bring a great improvement to the exercise of the management. In order to do so, the methodology Design Thinking, which is a set of methods and processes to generate ideas, analyze problems and produce solutions, will be applied. The proposal is to use Design Thinking to propose ideas that bring the solution to the problem. At the outset, a questionnaire was used to gather information on the topic and the problem, then individual and small group interviews to provide various perspectives and define the project boundary. In parallel, brainstorming will be done to build ideas. Finally, the analysis and validation of the ideas generated. The desired result of applying the methodology is to create a friendly environment so that the manager can clearly see what his responsibilities are, ask questions and know what actions in the system await his response. The intended end product will add value to SIGRH and will in fact be a tool to support management.
