For this, the coordination of the course was analyzed based on action research carried out by the secretary, with exploratory-descriptive purpose being aware of the changes that occur in the day to day of the institution. After analyzing the most critical processes, the BPMN notation was elaborated using Bizagi Process Modeler - BPM software and proposals were made for improvements to the processes and for the accomplishment of the activities of the sector, in order to improve the efficiency and the quality of services. These improvements apply to all coordinations of undergraduate courses that use the SIGAA system.
