RESUMO:

Considering the well-being at work, a broad and multifaceted concept that says of a positive mental state of
 the worker arising from the linking of bonds that he establishes with the organization and with the work he 
performs, this study proposes to make a diagnosis to identify as The teachers of the UFRN School of Health 
have been experiencing, in the last eight years, feelings of job satisfaction, involvement with work and 
affective organizational commitment. To this end, the IBET-13 Welfare Inventory, developed and already 
scientifically validated, will be applied to teachers to identify the variables of satisfaction, 
teachers' involvement with work and affective commitment to the organization, aiming at understanding 
the teacher's relationship Of professional health education with work from a healthy point of view. 
In addition, an integrative review of scientific literature on Welfare in teaching work in Brazil, 
from 2006 to 2016, in articles indexed in databases PePSIC e SciELO, LILACS, SciELO, BVS , BDENF 
and in the Newspapers Capes.
