COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE MODEL OF EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE OF SERVERS TECHNICIAN ADMINISTRATIVES OF THE FEDERAL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF SERTÃO PERNAMBUCANO - IF SERTÃO-PE AND THE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF THE RIO GRANDE DO NORTE - UFRN

The objective of this study is to analyze the model performance evaluation of the technical and administrative staff effective used by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology Pernambucano Hinterland - IF SERTÃO-PE and the University Federal of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN; analyzing the understanding of managers who have participated in the evaluation, and technical and administrative education (TAE), belonging to the classes C, D and E, IF SERTÃO-PE, which came by the year 2012; and meet the perception of crowded employees in the Personnel Management sector, as they see the performance evaluation process within the institution. Initially a contextualization of it was made principles of public administration with the performance evaluation, leaving to the question of ethics in the public service. Now you can leave unlinked ethics of performance evaluation, as the same is correlated to the public management principles. A conceptual approach was subsequently performed and historical on the evaluation of performance, especially under public service and more specifically in Federal Institutions Teaching - IFES, where the assessment of the technical and administrative has as legal support to Law No. 11,091 / 2005, Decree No. 5,825 / 06 and Decree No. 5,707 / 06, the latter directed towards the issue of implementation of management skills in Federal Institutions education. The methodology was qualitative to have used documentary research, literature review and case study (Field research), with a questionnaire together to chiefdoms, the TAE's and the heads of Personnel Management sector they work with the evaluation of performance of the servers. It will also be quantitative because of the investigated sample will be made claims about the performance evaluation model used by institution researched. That survey was conducted at IF SERTÃO-PE and the UFRN, the latter only with the management sector people working with the evaluation of performance. Finally, the search results sought to show an overview by of survey participants on important issues relating to performance evaluation process that is executed in a more transparent and impartial, can bring great contributions servers, in both personal and professional level.
