The scientific production is one of the activities of higher education, therefore it promotes knowledge through the academic research. However, in the university the practice in the scientific writing sometimes is dribbled by the dishonesty in the writing or for ignorance technician of the norms of presentation of academic works, when the author uses content of other authors and he does not grant the credits to the consulted material, resulting in what academic plagiarism is called. In this direction, this research aims at to understand what it takes the researcher to commit the academic plagiarism, if has knowledge of some types of plagiarism, is judged that ethical values and you live are wounded in the practice of the plagiarism and makes a contextualization on the paper of the discipline Methodology of the Scientific Work in the training of the pupil. The research methodology will be documental and as it breaks the field research, will be developed a descriptive observacional study, of cuts to transversal line and quantitative boarding, using a questionnaire online with closed questions, directed to the discentes of the courses of Healthof the College of Sciences of the Health of the Trairi, to be treated if an area with a specific demand and great collection for the scientific publication. As answer the initial questions and corroborating with the institutional politics of combat to the plagiarism, expect to construct a booklet of good practices for the academic production, with clear methodological lines of direction, the aim to enable the pupil to contributewith the reduction of cases of plagiarism inpublications of the UFRN.
