Aims to diagnose the process of access to information in the file of the Board of Personnel Administration of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte . Methodologically presents a descriptive surveyfrom a bibliographical and documentary research by Access to Information low, Actmarketing,user study and dissemination . Using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. Thuswe intend to present an analysis of the DAP File Sector, identifying the profile of its members their knowledge before the law and the detection of satisfaction on products, services quality of care and access to information in that file. Given the resultspropose improvements to an efficient and satisfactory service.
