This research seeks to discover and understand the point of view of UFRN former employees regarding to anagement at University, working conditions, influence of remuneration, career, and existing motivational factors during tenure. After diagnosis, we intend to make results available to Personnel Management Dean / UFRN in order to suggest ways to guide Action Plan Personnel Retention from that Dean and assist in management of talent. Researched population is composed of 268 people with occurrence of vacancy for office in another unfilled charge and discharge, in the period from 2010 to 2015. Questionnaire with 21 closed questions will be used as instrument of methodological aspect. Pre-test was applied to six (6) participants in the period from 21.04.2016 to 25.04.2016 and it was performed necessary adjustments in the survey instrument, from received suggestions.
