RESUMO:

In Brazilian Education there is a constant debate about how the curriculum is proposed in a fragmented way for the student, and many scholars point to interdisciplinarity as an exit to overcome this fragmentation. The conceptions about the term interdisciplinarity are vast, however, for this work, we will consider the concept proposed by Ivani Fazenda. In order to work in an interdisciplinary way, a generative theme was selected that emerged from the student reality. The subject of sexual education, besides belonging to the daily life of the student, arouses interest and contributes to the integral human education of the student. The present work aims to elaborate, apply and evaluate an Interdisciplinary Didactic Unit based on the theme Sex Education, aiming to promote reflection and discussion on related subjects present in the daily life. The Didactic Unit has workshops that include the most diverse methodologies that aim to create an environment of dialogue between teachers and students, as well as contribute to the creation of a reflective environment, which leads the student to think critically and apply the content seen in the classroom in their daily lives, making learning more meaningful.
