SUMMARY:

This research aims to analyze the use of creative thinking workshops as a tool for diagnosing doubts, difficulties, and possible solutions for adapting work processes within the appeal admissibility sectors of the Regional Labor Courts, following the implementation of normative changes made by the Superior Labor Court to the labor precedent system through Resolution No. 224/2024. Based on the results of the creative thinking workshops, the research proposes to offer guidelines and guidance to the Regional Labor Courts to assist in solving the main diagnosed difficulties in adapting their work processes related to the admissibility of review appeals (Recursos de Revista) within the new precedent system. The expected final product is the development of a website featuring the main data collected during the workshops and their respective analyses, in order to aid future understanding of the context resulting from the recent normative changes and future guidelines related to them. Furthermore, the proposal of a draft official communication from the Presidency of the Superior Labor Court to the Regional Labor Courts is expected, containing the necessary guidance for adapting their work processes in the admissibility of review appeals.
