SUMMARY:

This study aims to evaluate the management of judicial and appeal deposits within the Labor Justice system, focusing on the actions, results, and impacts of the Garimpo Project. It highlights the project’s role in addressing the substantial balances held in financial institutions, its influence on judicial efficiency, and alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 16. Using data analysis from six Regional Labor Courts, the research underscores Garimpo’s innovative contributions and offers recommendations for expanding its impact as a judicial management tool.
