INFLUENCE OF THE REORGANIZATION OF THE WORK CONTEXT ON THE WELL-BEING OF HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR IN THE COVENANT SCENARIO OF CO- VID-19

The Covid-19 pandemic demanded a reorganization of work pro- cesses and assistance flows in health institutions, which can have physical, psychological and social impacts among professionals and affect the health and well-being of these employees. Therefore, this study has the general objective of discussing the influence of as- pects related to the work context on the health and well-being of health professionals working in the Division of Health Care of the Server - DAS, at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte- UFRN in pandemic times of COVID-19. This is a descriptive cross-sectional study with a mixed approach. Data will be collected through a socio-demographic questionnaire, the Work Context As- sessment Scale and a questionnaire on the impacts of the pande- mic on work, health and well-being. The research will be carried out at DAS-UFRN, located in the city of Natal-RN, with the target audience being health professionals working in that division, which is equivalent to approximately 49 participants, including doctors, nurses, nursing technicians and assistants, nutritionists and dentists. Quantitative data will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and qualitative data, from the perspective of Bardin's con- tent analysis. This study will present as a final product a Situational Diagnosis of the Work Context of DAS / UFRN in times of pan- demic of COVID-19 and is justified by offering contributions to managers in the area of public administration, providing informa- tion related to work and well-being of the servers aiming at possi- ble improvements in the management of the institution's health processes.
