RESUMO:

This work proposes a new tool for Preliminary Sustainability Analysis of the Enterprise-PSAE for facilities projects applied to onshore oil production. The PSAE was inspired by consolidated projects practices, which favors its acceptance with the analyses of traditional projects. This tool complements the analyses usually applied to new enterprise, such as: technical and economic feasibility studies; environmental impact studies; risk analysis applied at the start of the projects (design). The PSAE uses project management concepts, and proposes a preliminary analysis of new ventures sustainability. This tool identifies Actions pro-Sustainability-AS's, and estimated the impacts on the three pillars of sustainability (economic, environmental and social) of an enterprise. The sustainability pillars assessments are guided by the "principle of materiality", and in accordance with the company's sustainability reports. Evaluating the prospect of the materiality principle contributes to align the new ventures to the company sustainability policy, facilitating the evaluations, in addition to improving the assertiveness in decision-making processes. Then, the global sustainability indexes of project alternatives was calculated, and a qualitative analysis selects the most suitable option for the sustainability of the enterprise. The obtained results show that this tool complements the usual practices, facilitating the transition of the current management system to a more balanced management model between the economic, environmental and social aspects of these projects.
