RESUMO:

This research deals with the performance precatórios management, which are payments due by the Treasury under the judgment, fits like a different way of judicial execution in view of the specific characteristics of public entities. The objective of the study is to analyze what factors influence significantly the time for payment of debts as a way to determine variables that impact performance. To reach it was defined theoretical and empirical model that allows explain the relationship between operational variables (Training Magistrate, Number of servers, Number of litigated cases; Number of calculations; IT tools; Debtor entity; Extension project; Amount paid) and performance (time payment) of precatórios management. The research is characterized as a case study conducted with data from the Division of writ of the Court of Rio Grande do Norte, the years 2012 to 2015. The work is justified, and is unprecedented theme, the need to remedy failures in the management of this institution, from the late payment of debts until the occurrence of fraud, which culminate in damage to the exchequer. It is hoped the research to determine which variables impact performance on precatórios management.
