Social and environmental issues have driven modern society in the search for a new management model in which companies must reconcile financial issues with environmental and social demands, providing the corporate sustainability. Aiming to attain this sustainability, managers should base their decisions on factors that often are subjective and conflicting, which makes decision-making more complex and critical. In this sense, this research will seek to identify performance indicators to evaluate the performance of Brazilian Docks Companies in relation to corporate sustainability, demonstrating whether these companies are aligned with sustainable practices. Therefore, will be selected port management indicators that identify corporate sustainability, and through multi-criteria analysis (PROMETHEEII method) certify the performance of dock companies, according to financial, social and environmental aspects, resulting in the construction of a final ranking that identifies and compares the performance of corporate sustainability of the Brazilian public ports.
