Theatre Sheet: Description of an artistic-educational process

The dissertation investigates the Popular Drama Theatre and its teaching
related elements the practice of artistic activity in school and describes a
process of teaching and learning through the Theatre of Popular Culture. The
proposed activities are directed at elementary school students II, to be applied
in the classroom, with the techniques and procedures that will facilitate learning
and artistic development of the student. Several researchers and theoretical
allowed a theoretical basis for research of Popular Culture Theatre at school as
Viola Spolin, Ana Mae Barbosa, Flávio Desgranges, Richard Courtney, Ricardo
Japiassu, Altimar Pimentel, Hermilo Borba Filho, Lourdes Ramalho. The theory
will support the concrete construction information and procedures through
theater education from the roots of the Popular Drama Theatre. Students will be
assessed according to each step of the process, stressing that every day will be
different evaluative procedures between learning journeys are: The games and
play activities, dramatic games, drama exercises and improvisation games.
Allowing the interrelation of the students, their aesthetic and artistic education
and the study of the techniques of theatrical improvisation of popular brincantes
interconnected to do theater. With pedagogical, the activities propose a
reflexivity on the arts and the acquisition of educating the Theatre of Popular
Culture, and the activities, contextualizas to their daily lives, taking as its
starting point the fruition of knowledge.
