This evolution presents us with a need to study, to understand and to adapt to the new reality. This study aims to diagnose the performance of the internal communication process of the Health Sciences Center of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, determining as a methodological procedure the research: descriptive and exploratory, to analyze the variables of the server profiles and communication processes Internal, involving aspects such as: investments, commitment, informality, occurrence of rumors and parallel conversations, as well as disclosure of policies and guidelines of the institution, among other aspects. The research universe will be 222 active servers linked to the center in September 2017, and the expected sampling for convenience or employee availability. To know how the internal communication in the Health Center of UFRN occurs is of great relevance for being an instrument of improvement in the area, softening problems of relationship and communication within the organization, in which it interferes, both in the interpersonal relationship of the servers as in the quality Execution of its services, serving as a facilitator in public administration.
