INDICATORS FOR EVALUATION OF LATO SENSU GRADUATE COURSES IN FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF RIO GRANDE DO NORTE

Recognizing the importance of Lato Sensu post-graduation courses in training of top-level professionals in the country, whose demands tend to grow, requiring constant improvement, this study aims to develop indicators to evaluate quality and efficiency in the management of courses specialization of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. From a theoretical study covering the Multidimensional Paradigm of Educational Administration proposed by SANDER, the author proposes to develop a joint approach to research, based on survey of information about sensu post-graduation courses, with the coordinators, managers, teachers and students, as well as analysis of the formal characteristics of these courses. Will be the focus of this research the classroom courses, self-financed, in the period from 2011 to 2015 (validity of Resolution n. 028/2011 of the Board of Directors of UFRN), from its creation projects. As a result, it is expected point which indicators could make an assessment of quality and efficiency in the management of Specialized Courses at UFRN.
