RESILIENCE IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN: STUDY OF THE (DIS)MATCHES OF THE NATIONAL SCHOOL FOOD PROGRAM IN PIAUÍ
The (mis)encounters in the institutional market of the National School Feeding Program are the object of study of this research. It investigates resilience in the food supply chain in the northern region of Piauí, with specific objectives of identifying and relating resilience factors to those of the supply of family farming products and continuity of supply in the PNAE chain. Furthermore, it empirically evaluates the concept of resilience in the food supply chain in this region, studies and empirically evaluates the (mis)encounters in the PNAE institutional market, identifies and relates the effects on resilience along the supply chain in the PNAE institutional market. PNAE and creates an integrated framework with the results of the strategies adopted. As an analysis strategy, the content analysis technique is proposed, in thematic modality, to seek to answer the research question of this study, as well as a qualitative investigation approach. The results generate innovation in the Program's supply chain process, improving the delivery of the final product to the PNAE institutional market.
