THE TEACHING-SERVICE INTEGRATION IN COPING WITH COVID-19: JOÃO PESSOA/PB SCHOOL NETWORK.

This is a research that addresses aspects of teaching-service integration in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It aims to analyze the teaching-service integration as a tool for Permanent Education in Health,
in the fight against COVID-19 in services of the Escola Rede of the João Pessoa Municipal Health Secretariat.
The methodological approach classifies it as an exploratory, comprehensive-interpretative study, with a qualitative
approach. It has as its setting the Municipal Hospital Santa Isabel, the Epidemiological Surveillance Management,
the Telehealth Center for Coronavirus Prevention Guidelines - services of the Health Network of SMS / JP that
carry out actions to confront COVID-19, and are also spaces of practice of Educational Institutions.
ata were collected through semi-structured interviews and a focus group, conducted with service managers,
health professionals, internship coordinators and students. It is expected that their results, based on the findings,
support decision making in the management of health services, and the organization of internships on the part
of Higher Education Institutions.
