This study aims to develop a project management framework for large-scale companies in the renewable energy sector, focusing on the analysis of critical factors that influence decision-making in supply chain management. The research highlights the importance of efficient supply chain management in complex projects, such as the construction of renewable energy plants, which face high levels of uncertainty and risk. Through a multi-criteria approach, the study will identify and categorize critical risk factors, proposing strategies to mitigate their impacts. The study also emphasizes the need for collaboration between the various actors in the supply chain, such as suppliers, manufacturers and distributors, in order to increase resilience and competitiveness in the sector. The results will provide guidelines for improving risk management in large-scale renewable energy projects, promoting greater effectiveness in the execution and sustainability of projects.
