SUMMARY:

In recent years there has been a great increase in syphilis cases in Brazil, as a result of this the Ministry of Health in partnership with the Laboratorio de Tecnologia e Inovação em Saúde started the project popularly called "Sífilis Não", the main objective of the project is to combat and reduce the number of cases. Among the project's various levels, one of the branches is the implementation of Laboratórios Sentinelas. The great difficulty of the logistics sector occurs due to the forms of acquisition and distribution of equipment for these laboratories. The present work brings about the elaboration of a manual of good practices so that the team can be based on it and thus develop an efficient methodology in the performance of its activities.
