Fuzzy numbers arise as an extension of real numbers to represent uncertainty in real-world phenomena. Within this framework, averaging functions and, in particular, the non-additive integrals of Choquet and Sugeno have played a central role in modeling and analysis under uncertainty. However, the study of the Sugeno integral defined on triangular fuzzy numbers, considering arbitrary admissible orders, has not yet been sufficiently developed. The aim of this dissertation is to extend the study of averaging functions, focusing on the case of the Sugeno integral defined on triangular fuzzy numbers equipped with arbitrary admissible orders. To this end, the notion of triangular fuzzy capacity is introduced as a natural extension of the classical capacity, the definition of the Sugeno integral is adapted to this new context, and fundamental properties such as monotonicity with respect to an admissible order and idempotency, among others, are established. In addition, an application is presented using environmental variable data (temperature, salinity, and turbidity), represented as triangular fuzzy numbers, in the study of the proliferation index of Macrocystis pyrifera (kelp). The results obtained provide a solid theoretical basis for the analysis of Sugeno integrals in
the context of triangular fuzzy numbers and open new research perspectives in fuzzy theory and its applications to the modeling of systems with uncertainty.
