The pandemic caused by COVID-19 constitutes a public health emergency of international importance, due to the high speed of transmission, increasing number of cases and deaths worldwide. Control measures such as social distancing, hygiene practices, mask use and vaccination are important to reduce its transmissibility. In addition, after improvement of the classic symptoms of this disease, and even after hospital discharge, the individual may have sequelae. The dissemination of clear, consistent and evidence-based information is essential for the control of sequelae caused by this disease. Thus, the research aimed to build digital educational material on guidelines for the care of post-COVID-19 sequelae. This is a methodological research with a qualitative approach. The construction of the material took place through a literature review carried out in electronic databases, in addition to bulletins and ordinances published by the Brazilian Ministry of Health and on the World Health Organization (WHO) portal. Guidelines on fatigue and dyspnea on exertion were included; sadness; joint mobility and cardiovascular function; neurological and cognitive impairment; dysphagia and decreased odor and taste of food. The research allowed us to summarize a range of knowledge about care with possible sequelae resulting from COVID-19. It is expected that the material will be accessible to the population and contribute to better adherence to care measures in the face of sequelae, impacting on improving the population's quality of life.
