TEACHING-EVALUATION STRATEGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETENCIES OF TEAMWORK IN THE HEALTH MULTIPROFESSIONAL RESIDENCE.
Teamwork, Residency, Professional Competence, Patient Assistance Team, Urgency and Emergency.
Objective: To implement the use of an active teaching-learning and evaluation strategy for the development of skills for teamwork among students of a Multiprofessional Health Residency. Methodology: quasi-experimental, quantitative and qualitative approach involving multiprofessional residents of a university hospital in the years 2017 and 2018. The teaching of work and interprofessional education used as strategy the collective construction in small groups with the groove plan. Teamwork was assessed with TOSCE (Team Objective Structured Clinical Examination). Result: both teaching and assessment strategies were used unprecedented in the multiprofessional residency program, and were well accepted by the participants. Starting from the reflexive interprofessional practice, it was possible to elaborate strategies for TIP and EIP, being the communication, teamwork and professional relations the skills emphasized by the professionals / student / student as of greater importance for both. , Final considerations: Innovative strategies allowed to stimulate and improve the development of competences for TIP and EIP, being recognized as effective moments of EIP during the training of the participants.
