Sandys´s Portrait .Learning processes. Strategies of study
The presente work deals with the learning process of Sandy's Portrait for solo guitar by composer Sergio Assad (1952-). It was based on an empirical research focusing on the study strategies used to aid technical-interpretative problems. The preparation of the performance was based on the artistic practice of the researcher / interpreter whose record of the practice was carried out in a study journal, which is the main tool for data collection. The main authors that guided the theoretical reference of this work were Williamon (2004), Cardassi (2005), Barros (2008), Araújo (2010), Kaminsky (2012) and Meirinhos (2016). Musical examples of pieces of the score were elaborated.
