Analysis of the Journalistic Coverage in Digital Social Networks: the happening Rebellion in Alcaçuz transmitted in the lives of Facebook

This research seeks to investigate how news coverage was constructed and structured, from the live broadcasts carried out on Facebook, of the rebellion event in the prison of Alcaçuz, in January 2017, by the newspapers Novo and Tribuna do Norte. In this perspective, we will apply the Analysis of Journalistic Coverage (SILVA, 2008; SILVA and MAIA, 2011a, 2011b; SILVA and SOARES, 2013) because we understand that it is possible to seize the marks left in the videos for understanding both rebellion and strategies and actions taken by the newspapers during the coverage of the event. In order to understand the place of the media in the construction of the event and in Lemos (2001), Zago (2008) and Lacerda (2013, 2016) to investigate the uses and appropriations of digital social networks by media vehicles.
