Existence of Multi-Bump Solutions For a Class of Quasilinear problems
p-Laplacian Operator, Variational Methods, Schrödinger Equation.
In this work, our objective is to show the existence of nonegative solutions of the Multi-Bump type for a class of quasilineares problems in R^N. Such problems are related with the existence of standing waves of a non-linear Schrödinger equation. Schrödinger's equations arise from several physical phenomena, for example, Plamma Physics, Nonlinear Optics, and Condensed Matter Physics. The main tools used are the Variational Methods, Deformation Lemma, Mountain Pass Theorem, Penalization Method and mini-max type arguments.
