EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES IN THE IMAGE DIAGNOSIS AREA IN THE MEDICINE COURSE GRADUATION: A DISTRIBUTION LONGITUDINAL
educational objectives, diagnostic imaging, medical education.
Competency-based medical education has been widely discussed and its adoption by medi- cal schools has been encouraged both nationally and internationally. In order to be put into practice, it is necessary that the curriculum content of the educational institution is written in the form of educational objectives that correspond to the competences that the student must have at the end of the course. The objectives of this study were the elaboration of educational objectives in the area of diagnostic imaging in the graduation of the medical course, and the distribution of these objectives throughout the modules of the Medical course at the Escola Multicampi de Ciências Médicas. For the development of this study, the meth- odology used initially was a narrative review of the literature for theoretical support and further elaboration of the educational product. The results of this review pointed out that there are no such educational objectives in the national literature, but there are already doc- uments in the international literature and, using these documents as references, the educa- tional objectives in the area of diagnostic imaging were proposed in the undergraduate med- ical school at Multicampi School Medical Sciences and its longitudinal distribution.
