The Professional Master's Degree in Education, Labor and Innovation in Medicine includes as its target audience the professionals actually involved and committed to the policies of training health professionals outside the major urban centers, especially in the countryside of the State of Rio Grande do Norte, as established in Law 12,871 of October 22, 2013, which created the “More Doctors” Program. In this sense, the priority target audience consists of health professionals working as teachers, health service preceptors and managers who, in their professional activities, are involved with policies and programs aimed at reorienting undergraduate medical education and at the operation of Medical and Multiprofessional Residency programs in the areas of Education, Labor and Innovation.
