PROEF is an integrated set of Associated Institutions organized in such a way that each shall guarantee the operation of the program according to the concept of network. With the coordination of UNESP – Rio Claro, PROEF is conceived in national network with 12 Higher Education institutions, among them the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte.

The leading Institution and its poles unite highly experienced researchers in the specialties required in the current proposal and who are clearly committed to providing education/training to teachers of the field of Physical Education in Basic Education.

Infrastructure of Associated Institutions shall be available for use by the program, thus the operation of PROEF shall be guaranteed by each of the Associated Institutions that integrate this proposal.
