Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by the new Coronavirus, first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan City, China. In January 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) decreed that the Covid-19 outbreak constituted a Public Health Emergency of International Importance, categorizing it as a pandemic. This has affected a large part of the population and caused consequences both at the micro and macro levels. Observing that, in addition to the repercussions of promotion, the onset of the pandemic reverberated overwhelmingly in the lives of people in situations of social vulnerability. This study aimed to understand, together with the technical team of CRAS from a city in the interior of Rio Grande do Norte, the impacts of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the mental health of users of the service. It is an intervention-intervention, of a qualitative nature, based on the theoretical methodological framework of Institutional Analysis (AI). To this end, three rounds of conversation were held with the team's techniques, in addition to consulting the service's records to map the demands that occurred during the period from 2020 to 2021, no process of the process was also carried out with participant observation and the resource was used search journals. Data are visible from important concepts of the theoretical-methodological framework of AI. As preliminary results, we observed that changes in CRAS' demands, especially with regard to mental health and social vulnerability, were associated with repercussions of the pandemic. Finally, they were also analyzed as the professionals' probability.
