RESUMO:

In this study, Mn-doped YInO3 pigments synthesized by the complex polymerization method (CPM) for the formulation of pigments for use in the ceramic industry and paints. The  conditions used to analyze the effects on the formation of YIn1-xMnxO3 structure by manganese doping with 0.08, 0.12 and 0.16 of Mn3 + at temperatures of 800, 900 and 1000 ° C for 4 hours and thus data more satisfactory this study   for change of Co2 + ions of Mn + 3 and new ways to obtain YIn1-xMnxO3 structure at low temperatures and shorter time, something that is increasingly been the goal of recent studies. The CPM method is a simple and advantageous method for the synthesis of multicomponent oxides with complex compositions, since the chemical homogeneity as regards the distribution of cations throughout the gel system often determines the compositional homogeneity of final multicomponent oxides. This is method has a low cost, and to be proposed to be used at low temperatures, less reaction time, causes its performance to be analyzed and obtaining the post at low temperatures has become of great interest to this work, and its use to develop pigments for use in the ceramic industry and paints.         The obtained samples were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TG / DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), which confirmed the hexagonal phase obtained by the increase of the thermal treatment temperature and the percentage of Mn3 +, Rietveld method (BET), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Uv-vis spectroscopy, colorimetric coordinates by the CIE system L * a * b *, Maud program, scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
