RELATIONSHIP OF TRAINING FREQUENCY AND CONSISTENCY WITH ADHERENCE RATE IN ACADEMY: A COHORT STUDY.

Introduction:How the gym can accommodate a wide range of individuals that can beperformed by different ranges of tracks and clinics, individually or in a group in asupervised environment, which can be comfortable and high-tech, albeit with fees ofMust investigatedover time tend to fallrapidly, characterizing high dropout.Objective:Our study investigated the weeks of frequency and consistency (amount of training onthe compliance rate of students of education academies)Methodology:Thisretrospective cohort study included 1087 (37.04 ± 10.35 years; 57.31% women)students enrolled in a gym during the year 2021, characteristics such as type ofcontract, follow-up by a professional (private teacher), Length and consistency oftraining frequency of months were from students.Results:The year 2021 follow-uprate decline over, end of follow-up months was 43%. The frequency that has the lowestrelationship with dropout is above or equal to thirteen workouts per month (0.286(0.242-0.339); p < 0.001) and a consistencyequal to or above weeks per month(0.356 (0.318-0.398); p< 0.001).Conclusion:Students who showed more frequencyand more consistency for longer attending the gym.
