SUMMARY:

High school has become a stage of discussion and debate in recent years due to the promulgation of Law 13.415/2017. The most significant changes are the expansion of the workload for 3000h, curricular flexibilization with the common curricular national basis (BNCC) and the formative itineraries. Having each state of restructuring its curriculum and architecting its implementation by 2021, several gaps and questions accumulated in this course, being the very notion and systematization of the areas of languages one of them. This research is enrolled in the meantime and has the following questions: What are the understandings of languages presented by BNCC documents and their reverberations in the Sergipe curriculum in the context of high school change promulgated by law 13.415? How do such understanding dialogue with teaching physical education? The research aims to analyze the understanding of language at BNCC and the Sergipe curriculum to reflect their possible implications for teaching physical education in high school. From the methodological point of view it will be a qualitative approach and a research considered exploratory and descriptive. In the first phase we will use documentary research with the exploitation of primary sources. The analyzed documents will be: the common common curricular basis of the high school stage and the curriculum for Sergipe's high school. From the exploitation of the material the content analysis (Bardin, 1979) is carried out with the aid of the IRAMUTEQ software through data treatments from the descending hierarchical classification (CHD). In the second phase the descriptive research of the educational scene in high school in Sergipe will be used. The collection instrument will be the semi-structured interviews and the sample of the research is composed of 9 teacher of the Sergipe State Education Network, being them: the stage coordinator of the high school curriculum and the SEDUC high school service; five editors in the area of languages, each of the discipline of Physical Education, Arts, Portuguese, English and Spanish language; Three physical education teachers who participated in some time of public consultation in the construction of the Sergipe curriculum. We subsequently cross the analyzes carried out in the first phase along with the second to understand the curricular structure of the new high school in touching languages.
