Introduction: The early diagnosis of dementia Alzheimer's makes it easier in the treatment and delay of cognitive decline and motor disturbances in gait and poor performance of executive function are risk factors to increase the rates of accidents, functional, specifically the falls, and these disorders can also serve as information for the early detection of dementia. To offer an intervention that work exercise on dual-task to improve this performance is common, but little is known about the effects of a session of dual-task based on motor learning and its benefits in people with Alzheimer's, so this proposal brings an innovation methodology based on learning new moves on the aquatic environment that can bring improvement in the performance of the march and executive function in people with Alzheimer's. Objective: To analyze the acute effect of an exercise session water by means of the stimulation of the dual-task through motor learning, on the motor and cognitive performance in people with Alzheimer's. Materials and Methods: Study randomized controlled clinical trial design cross-over, where the groups will go through three sessions and a time control, the first session will occur with the exercise of dual task with stimulation based on the motor learning (new movements) in the aquatic environment, the second with exercise automated movement (standardized) in the aquatic environment and the third the session with only a stimulus and a cognitive laboratory, to analyze the effect on the performance of gait and executive function, by Testing up and walk in different situations on the platform of the walk and neuropsychological tests for executive function. It will be used descriptive statistics with measures of central tendency and dispersion. To test the normality will be held the test of Shapiro-Will. The T-test for comparison of different groups of interventions, different times pre and post, test of correlation and association. The level of significance that endowed it will be p<0,05. All data will be processed in the SPSS statistical package (Statistical Package for Social Sciences for Windows) version 20.0
