RESUMO:

Introduction: Neuromuscular Integrative Training (INT) is training program that incorporates basic activities of specific strength and conditioning, including strength training and agility that are specifically designed to improve the health-related components of physical fitness ability. Objective: To analyze the effect of integrative neuromuscular training (INT) in postural control and neuromuscular performance in young volleyball athletes. Methods: 32 subjects, 19 males (13.1 ± 0,5 years, 54.3 ± 12,8kg, 20.5 ± 4.5 kg / m2) and 13 females (13.3 ± 0,6 years, 52.6 ± 12,3kg, 20.4 ± 3.9 kg /m2), who trained twice a week lasting 60 minutes per day. They were subjected to (1) balance evaluation, in Bipedal and unipodal conditions; (2) evaluation of somatic maturation according to Mirwald et al, (2002).; and (3) anaerobic power determined by the jump with countermovement. These procedures took place before six weeks and after 12 weeks of submission of the subject to INT. Results: In the balance was found a significant difference in the single leg position: the mean amplitude in the anteroposterior direction of the 12-week GINT for six weeks of the 2 groups (CG: p = 0.01, d = -1.128; GINT : p = 0.00, d = -1.128) and the time of pre GINT (p = 0.00, d = 0.98); the average amplitude in the medial-lateral direction 12 weeks for the pre GINT (CG: p = 0.00, d = -2.04; GINT: p = 0.00, d = -2.32) and 6 weeks the 2 groups (CG p = 0.00, d = -1.86; GINT - p = 0,00 d = -1.26) and for 12 weeks of the control group (p = 0.00, d = -2.32); and total displacement of the Pre CG group for the pre GINT (p = 0.00, d = -1.46), 6 weeks of the 2 groups (CG: p = 0.005, d = -1.65; GINT: p = .000, d = -1.19) and for 12 weeks of the CG (p = 0.000, d = -1.34) and difference of the 12-week GINT for 6 of the 2 groups (CG: p=0.005; d = -1.65; GINT: p = 0.00; d = -2.41), 12 weeks of the control group (p = 0.00, d = -2.59), and the pre GINT (p = 0.00, d = -2.60). Regarding the anaerobic power was pre Difference GINT to 6 (p = 0.00, d = - 0.34) and 12 weeks GINT. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate significant results between groups and between times the balance in single leg stance, the temporal variables in both directions (anterior-posterior and medial-lateral) and the total displacement and for the anaerobic power was significant results compared to the intervention time.
