SUMMARY:

The health care of partners who experience serodifference to HIV requires
nurses to have a comprehensive look that contemplates the biopsychosocial
and affective aspects that surround this condition. The continuous process of
training these professionals using educational technologies is a fundamental
strategy for learning and promoting effective care. This study aims to develop
an educational technology with the participation of Primary Health Care nursing
preceptors about their work in the health care of HIV-serodifferent partners. This
is a methodological study with participatory development of action research in
which focus groups will be adopted as data collection technique. The research
will be developed in four stages – bibliographic survey through an integrative
review in order to contextualize the nurse's role in the health care of
serodifferent partners; participatory elaboration of technology with primary
health care preceptor nurses; content validation with expert judges; and
evaluation of the implementation of educational technology with nurses from the
Family Health Strategy. For data analysis, content analysis will be used for the
first, second and fourth stage and the content validity index and Kappa
coefficient for the third stage. The project was submitted to the Ethics and
Research Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte in
accordance with the ethical precepts established by Resolution No. 466, of
December 12, 2012 of the National Health Council and approved by opinion No.
and Ethical Appreciation Presentation Certificate 68519723.2.0000.5568. It is
expected to achieve with this research the development of an educational
technology that is capable of promoting learning and qualification of nursing
care in Primary Health Care in the specific context of HIV serodifference.
